Welcome to iibfuran! To ensure a safe, fair, and positive experience for all users, we have established these Posting Rules. All ads must comply with these rules, our Terms of Service, and applicable laws.
Important: Violations of these rules may result in ad removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from our platform.
1. General Posting Rules
✅ Do's
- Post accurate and honest descriptions
- Use clear, high-quality photos of the actual item
- Select the correct category and subcategory
- Set fair and realistic prices
- Include all relevant details (condition, size, color, etc.)
- Specify the correct location
- Respond promptly to buyer inquiries
- Update or remove ads for sold items
- Be respectful and professional in all communications
❌ Don'ts
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Use stock photos or images from the internet
- List items you don't own or have permission to sell
- Post duplicate ads for the same item
- Include external links, email addresses, or phone numbers in titles
- Use ALL CAPS, excessive punctuation!!!, or emojis in titles
- Post ads in the wrong category
- Spam or post the same ad repeatedly
- Include irrelevant keywords to manipulate search results
2. Prohibited Items and Services

- Firearms, ammunition, explosives
- Knives sold primarily as weapons
- Tasers, pepper spray, brass knuckles
- Weapon accessories (silencers, extended magazines)
💊 Drugs and Controlled Substances
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Prescription medications
- Tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, vapes)
- Supplements claiming health benefits without approval
🔞 Adult Content
- Pornographic materials
- Adult services or escort services
- Sex toys or adult entertainment items
🐾 Animals (Certain Categories)
- Endangered or protected species
- Wildlife or exotic animals without proper permits
- Animal parts (ivory, fur from endangered species)
- Live animals sold for fighting or illegal purposes
💰 Financial and Legal Services
- Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing (MLM)
- Get-rich-quick schemes
- Counterfeit currency or documents
- Fake IDs, diplomas, or certificates
- Credit card information or personal data

- Stolen property
- Counterfeit or replica branded items
- Pirated software, games, or media
- Items that violate intellectual property rights
- Recalled or dangerous products
🎫 Event Tickets (Scalping)
- Tickets sold above face value (where prohibited by law)
- Fraudulent or invalid tickets
👶 Items Targeting Children (Unsafe)
- Used cribs or car seats (safety concerns)
- Baby formula or breast milk
- Toys that fail safety standards
🚗 Vehicle-Related Restrictions
- Vehicles without proper documentation
- Salvaged vehicles not disclosed as such
- Odometer tampering or false mileage
🏠 Real Estate (Certain Types)
- Property sales without proper authorization
- Discriminatory housing ads (based on race, religion, etc.)
- Rental scams or fraudulent listings

- Lottery tickets or gambling services

3. Photo and Image Guidelines
📸 Good Photo Practices
- ✓ Use clear, well-lit photos of the actual item
- ✓ Show multiple angles and any defects
- ✓ Use photos you took yourself or have rights to
- ✓ Ensure photos are appropriate and non-offensive
- ✓ Keep watermarks minimal and non-obstructive
❌ Prohibited Photo Content
- ✗ Stock photos or images from the internet
- ✗ Photos containing nudity or sexual content
- ✗ Images with offensive or hateful symbols
- ✗ Photos with excessive text or contact information
- ✗ Misleading or digitally altered photos
- ✗ Photos that violate someone's privacy
4. Title and Description Guidelines
📝 Title Best Practices
Good Example: "iPhone 13 Pro 128GB - Excellent Condition"
Bad Example: "📱📱 IPHONE!!! CHEAP PRICE!!! CALL NOW!!!"
- Keep titles clear and concise (5-12 words)
- Include key details (brand, model, condition)
- Use proper capitalization
- Avoid clickbait or misleading titles
📄 Description Best Practices
- Provide detailed and accurate information
- Mention condition, age, and any defects
- Include dimensions, specifications, or features
- State your terms (delivery, returns, negotiation)
- Use proper grammar and spelling
- Be honest about flaws or issues
5. Pricing Guidelines
- ✓ Set a fair and realistic price
- ✓ Indicate if the price is negotiable
- ✓ Specify currency (e.g., USD, DJF)
- ✓ For free items, select "Free" or set price to 0
- ✗ Do not use placeholder prices (e.g., $1 when item costs $100)
- ✗ Do not post "Price on request" without a range
- ✗ Do not engage in price gouging
6. Category-Specific Rules
🚗 Vehicles
- Include VIN, year, make, model, mileage
- Disclose accidents, repairs, or title issues
- Show registration and ownership documents (upon request)
🏠 Real Estate
- Provide accurate size, location, and features
- Disclose any property issues or liens
- Comply with fair housing laws (no discrimination)
- Verify you have authority to rent or sell
📱 Electronics
- State if item is new, refurbished, or used
- Include IMEI/serial number for phones
- Disclose if item is locked or unlocked
- Mention included accessories
👕 Clothing
- Specify size, brand, material, and condition
- Mention any stains, tears, or defects
- Indicate if item has been altered
🏡 Home & Garden
- Include dimensions and materials
- Mention if assembly is required
- Disclose if item is for pickup only
7. Contact and Communication Rules
✅ Acceptable Communication
- ✓ Respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours
- ✓ Be polite and professional
- ✓ Use iibfuran messaging system for safety
- ✓ Provide your phone number for serious buyers (optional)
- ✓ Use WhatsApp if you indicated it in your profile
❌ Prohibited Communication
- ✗ Harassment, threats, or abusive language
- ✗ Spam or unsolicited marketing
- ✗ Requests for payments outside the platform (scams)
- ✗ Sharing personal information publicly in ads
8. Ad Management
- Update Sold Items: Mark items as sold or delete the ad within 24 hours
- One Ad Per Item: Do not post duplicate ads for the same item
- Reposting: Wait at least 48 hours before reposting the same ad
- Ad Duration: Ads expire after 30-90 days (depending on category)
- Editing: Keep ad details accurate; update if anything changes
9. Reporting Violations
If you see an ad or user that violates these rules:
- Click the "Report" button on the ad
- Select the reason for reporting
- Provide additional details if needed
- Our moderation team will review within 24-48 hours
⚖️ Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:
- 1️⃣ Warning: First-time minor violations
- 2️⃣ Ad Removal: Non-compliant ads will be deleted
- 3️⃣ Temporary Suspension: 7-30 days for repeated violations
- 4️⃣ Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations
- 5️⃣ Legal Action: Illegal activity will be reported to authorities
10. Safety Tips for Sellers
- 🛡️ Meet buyers in public, well-lit places
- 👥 Bring a friend or family member
- 💰 Accept cash or verified mobile payments
- 📱 Use iibfuran messaging for safety records
- 🚫 Never share sensitive personal information
- ⚠️ Trust your instincts; if something feels wrong, cancel
- 📸 Take photos/videos of high-value item transactions
11. Updates to These Rules
We may update these Posting Rules from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through:
- Website announcements
- Email notifications
- In-app messages
